Quick overview
Typical visit length: Residential weekly cleanings usually take 30–60 minutes depending on pool size and condition.
Frequency options: Weekly, biweekly, and one‑time deep cleans available.
We offer a chemical only and chemical and brushing service located below.
Chemical Service
Perfect for pool owners who like to handle brushing and vacuuming themselves but want professional help keeping their water safe and balanced. With our chemical service, we visit weekly to test your pool’s chemistry and add the right amounts of chlorine, pH adjusters, and other treatments as needed. This keeps your water sparkling, clear, and swim-ready. The technician will empty out your pump, skimmer basket(s) and pool vacuum debris (if applicable)
Chemical + Brushing Service
If you’d like a little more support, our chemical and brushing plan is a great middle ground. In addition to balancing your pool’s water, our technicians brush down the walls, steps, and tile line each visit. This prevents algae and scale buildup while still leaving vacuuming to the homeowner. It’s a simple way to keep your pool looking fresh without extra hassle. The technician will empty out your pump, skimmer basket(s) and pool vacuum debris (if applicable)
Full Weekly Maintenance
Our most popular plan, weekly maintenance covers everything — chemical balancing, skimming, brushing, vacuuming, basket cleaning, and a full equipment check. You get the peace of mind that your pool is properly maintained from top to bottom. It’s the best choice if you want a true “hands‑off” pool ownership experience.
Our step-by-step Full Maintenace Cleaning process
Arrival & check-in
Technician arrives during the scheduled window and checks in with the office if needed.
We confirm access instructions, any special requests, and note anything you’ve reported since the last visit.
Safety & preparation
We secure the area around the pool (move small toys if present, ensure pets are safely contained if the homeowner requests).
All service work is performed using industry‑standard safety procedures and equipment.
Surface skimming & debris removal
Remove leaves, bugs, and floating debris from the water surface using a skimmer net.
Clear any visible debris from steps, corners and shallow areas.
Brush walls, tile, and steps
Brush all pool surfaces, focusing on the waterline, steps, and areas prone to algae buildup to loosen grime and scale.
Vacuuming
Vacuum the pool bottom using a manual vacuum or our in‑house automatic tools depending on the job.
For heavy debris or fine particulates we use targeted vacuuming to restore clarity.
Empty skimmer & pump baskets
Remove and clean skimmer and pump baskets, and re‑install them to ensure proper flow.
Inspect for worn gaskets or damaged baskets and note replacements if needed.
Filter maintenance
Inspect the filter pressure and perform backwash if applicable.
If a deeper filter service is needed, we recommend scheduling a filter clean or change (available as an add‑on).
Water testing & chemical balancing
Test key water parameters (sanitizer/chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and when appropriate, calcium hardness and stabilizer).
Add appropriate chemicals to bring water into safe, comfortable ranges.
If a shock or specialty chemical is required we will note swim‑safe guidance in the service report; please follow the technician’s guidance before swimming.
Equipment inspection & small adjustments
Inspect pumps, heaters, automation, lights, and visible connections for leaks, unusual noises, or malfunction.
Tighten loose unions, lubricate o‑rings when needed, and test run equipment to confirm normal operation.
Any recommended repairs or parts are documented with photos and estimates will be sent in a timely manner.
Final circulation & quick deck tidy
Return baskets and covers to their places, secure equipment panels, and run the system to ensure proper circulation.
Light tidy of the pool deck (move minor debris away) and leave the area as we found it.
Service report & photos
We record what we did, the chemical test results, chemicals added, and any recommendations that might be needed.
A service report — and photos — will be emailed or uploaded to your customer portal so you can see exactly what was done.
Schedule & reminders
We confirm the next visit on recurring plans and note any upcoming recommended services (filter clean, heater check, winterization, etc.).
